About the Role

Major Recruitment iHuddersfield are looking for a skilled and motivated Signage Fabricator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling and finishing a variety of bespoke signage products, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricating and assembling a wide range of signage products.
• Working with materials including aluminium, acrylic, PVC, vinyl and other sign-making materials.
• Cutting, shaping, drilling and finishing materials to specifications.
• Building illuminated and non-illuminated signs.
• Using workshop machinery, hand tools and fabrication equipment.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and job specifications.
• Ensuring all products meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in sign making, signage fabrication or a similar manufacturing role.
• Good practical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using workshop tools and machinery.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work from specifications.
• A positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, organised and committed to producing quality work.
